An Upskilling day at Derby University was successfully completed by 40 Psychologists and academics interested in using Second Life for teaching. Our virtual problem-based learning house is complete and we have most of the avatars working and interacting with students. The project has seen the development of various Psychological scenarios evolve into their current form. The PREVIEW-Project has now moved into the final piloting phase. We have a number of scenarios in place for problem-based learning and are looking forward to trialling with University students. We have successfully created a Second Life project space and are now developing the problem-based learning scenarios for students. Piloting will take place at the end of January.
